Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Artist workspaces are intended to be accessed only by authorised users.

Your content and rights

You must have the right to upload and publish the images, artwork, names, biographies, links and release information you add to ArtistLinx. You retain ownership of your content. You grant ArtistLinx the limited permission required to host, display and technically process that content as part of the service.

Music-rights guidance

ArtistLinx may explain common music-industry concepts and link to collecting societies or industry bodies. This is educational guidance only. ArtistLinx does not act as your lawyer, accountant, publisher, distributor or royalty administrator unless a future service expressly says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use ArtistLinx for unlawful content, impersonation, malware, harassment, infringement, fraud, spam or attempts to access another artist’s private workspace.

Availability

The service may change as ArtistLinx develops. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it available and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or removed for serious abuse, security risk, infringement or breach of these terms. Artists may request account closure through the Contact page.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product and commercial model develop. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply.
